We’re thrilled you’re joining us for The Connecting to Health Summit! For your convenience, we have created a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

General Summit Questions

The Connecting to Health Summit is May 16th – May 18th. Each day you will be able to view 5 new interviews. The link to view the sessions is the same every day is here.

Immediately after you signed up for the Connecting to Health Summit, we sent you an email with the subject line “[C2H] IMPORTANT: Your Welcome and Summit Instructions” If you have not received this, please check your spam folder, promotions/events inbox in case it was misplaced. If you are unable to locate the confirmation email anywhere in your mailbox, please let us know at so we can make sure you were registered.

You should be able to access the videos and audios on any mobile device and iPad.

Yes. Each day of the summit, you will receive a link via email that gives you access to the highlighted talks of the day (there will be  3 or more talks depending on the day). You will have access to those talks for 24 hours. Each evening at midnight New York time (EDT) there will be another group of talks released and you will have access to THOSE talks for 24 hours … this will continue for all 3 days of the summit. It is very important that you receive those emails – and one of the best ways is to include in your email address book.


There are many reasons you may not be able to access the video – the most common one being bandwidth/internet speed challenges. If you’re having technical difficulties watching the video, check to make sure your computer is properly updated, and your internet connection is running smoothly. Restart it. Try a different browser or device, the videos will play on tablets and phones as well as on computers. You can also try closing other programs on your computer that may be taking up space and slowing down speeds.


If you can see the video, but the audio doesn’t come through, check the following:

  1. The volume is turned up
  2. Your computer or device is not muted
  3. There are multiple volume controls on a PC
  4. Do you have something plugged into the headphone port?

Lastly, each video has its own hidden sound control. On a computer, you start the video and then place your cursor over the video. Then move it to the left of the time display and the volume control pops up. This controls the sound volume for that particular video in that particular browser. On mobile devices, volume control may work differently; try it out. The volume is always set to full, but it is possible that you accidentally lowered it.

Let the video “buffer” a bit to ensure best playback. When you start the video, pause for a few minutes before viewing it all the way through. Streaming video can use a lot of your internet connection bandwidth. Pausing before you play the video allows your computer to pre-load (buffer) before watching, ensuring smooth playback if there are any slow downs or connection issues.

Upgrade Package Questions

If you have problems finalizing your Upgrade purchase, we recommend that you use the PayPal system. Simply fill out the upper part of the purchase form and instead of putting in the credit card data, click the Pay with PayPal box at the bottom. You will then be redirected to a PayPal page, where you can enter your credit card details. At the top of that page you can select your country, and the form fields will change accordingly.

(International buyers: In the purchase form, the State field has a “my state is not listed” option at the bottom and in the ZIP code field enter your postal code or 11111 if you don’t have such)

The Upgrade Package includes immediate access to all speaker bonus gifts. During the summit, access to the speaker talks (video and audio versions) is added day by day, which is over 14 hours of content. You can purchase the Upgrade Package now and you will be able to download the speaker bonus gifts right away. You will have online access to the Upgrade Package for at least one year and keep your downloads forever.

As soon as the live event has finished, your Membership login details and recording access will be e-mailed to you.

If for any reason the Connecting to Health Summit doesn’t meet your expectations, please email to cancel your membership. A full refund is available within 30 days after purchase.

You will have access to download all of the video, audio, transcripts and speaker bonus gifts for a year. Once downloaded, you own these materials forever.

The Upgrade Package is currently discounted to $47. You can access this price until May 22nd. After May 22nd, the price goes up to the regular retail price of $97.

You will have access to download speaker gifts for free on the day each speaker is scheduled.

In order to download the free speaker gifts at your convenience (or to download gifts you were not able to download on the day they were available for free), you must purchase the Upgrade Package.

After you purchase the Upgrade Package, you will have access to download the gifts for 1 year and once downloaded, you will own them forever.

If you purchase the Upgrade Package, you will have access to download the gifts for the life of the program. Once downloaded, you will own these gifts forever.
